These 10 categories are open to all Franchisees operating in Western Australia for a minimum of 6 months prior to 1 June 2024.

Franchisee Awards

There are 10 -12 questions per category and we estimate around half a day to complete your application.

The questions are centred around your franchise business operations, your achievements, your successes, your people and your journey to get here today.

To qualify the Franchisee has to have at least two operating units for at least 12 months prior to the 1st June 2024. All units must be operating within Western Australia.

PEOPLES’ CATEGORY

People Awards

This award will be presented by the WAWiF Committee.

WA Field /Business Manager of the Year 2024

This award is for the Field Service Representative that has shown outstanding achievement in developing their people, the franchisees. This award is open to all Franchise Field Managers and Business Development Managers where your main role is to support and look after Franchisees on a day-to-day basis. These three key categories recognise the Contribution to Franchising in Western Australia.

Best Emerging Franchise System 2024

Our definition of an “emerging franchise” is a brand that has established a total of between one and ten locations in WA

This category is open to all new and upcoming Franchise Systems that are based in Western Australia that have commenced Franchising in the last 2 years prior to 1 June 2024 and have at least 2 Franchisees currently operating.

WA Franchisor of the Year 2024

To reflect the wide range of businesses in Western Australia, the FranchisingWA Industry Awards for the Franchisor of the Year are in two categories:

  • - Franchise Systems with between 3-10 Franchisees based in WA
  • - Franchise Systems with 11+ Franchisees based in WA

These two categories are open to Australian Based Franchise Systems with operations in Western Australia.
