For Franchisors that wish to retain the recruitment procedure themselves, but lack the expertise and/or documentation to complete a professional process from the initial inquiry right through to the settlement, BDA can provide a customised;

“Recruitment System/Manual & Training”

This will assist in making the process fully Code compliant and minimise the risk factors involved in Franchisee recruitment. As well as providing the customised “Recruitment Manual”, BDA has the ability to provide a training program for the Franchisor and their management team on how to use it. This training is presented by our experienced team.
