This award recognises an exceptional individual who has gone above and beyond in their role supporting franchisees across Western Australia. Whether you’re a Franchise Field Manager or a Business Development Manager, this is your opportunity to be recognised for leadership, consistency, and impact at the ground level.

About the Award

The WA Field/Business Manager of the Year category celebrates franchise professionals who focus on franchisee coaching, development, and operational excellence. These are the people who help franchisees reach their full potential — not by being in the spotlight, but by enabling success every day.

Who Can Apply?

  • Franchise Field Managers and Business Development Managers based in Western Australia

  • You must have held your current role for at least 12 months prior to 1 June 2025

Key Dates

  • Applications close: Friday, 1 August 2025 at 2:00 PM AWST

  • Gala Awards Night: Tuesday, 16 September 2025

  • Time: 6:00 PM to 11:59 PM AWST

  • Location: Beaumonde On The Point, East Perth

Your application fee includes one ticket to attend the Gala Awards Night, where winners will be announced and celebrated. Once payment is confirmed, you’ll receive a link to submit your full application.
