This category is open to all franchised food and beverage -based concepts. We're looking for, QSRs, full-service restaurants, convenient stores, bakeries, ice cream, bubble tea, fro-yo parlours, donut retailers, coffee shops, pubs and sports bars.
This category is open to franchisees whose business is in print, graphic, or digital signs, print shops or marketing franchises; delivery and courier services that involve the transportation of commercial packages and documents.

This category is open to all Western Australian Women in Franchising. This may include employees, Franchisors, Franchisees, Suppliers and aspiring entrepreneurs within Western Australia. This award will recognize leadership and personal achievement during the past year. To qualify for this award, you must be in your organization for at least 12 months prior to 1 June 2025.
This award is for the Field Service Representative that has shown outstanding achievement in developing their people, the franchisees. This award is open to all Franchise Field Managers and Business Development Managers where your main role is to support and look after Franchisees on a day-to-day basis. To be eligible for this award you must be in your role for at least 12 months prior to 1 June 2025.
This award is for the WA Store Manager who has demonstrated exceptional leadership, dedication, and innovation in managing their store and driving its success. This award is open to all Store Managers who consistently excel in delivering outstanding customer service, fostering a positive work environment, and achieving operational excellence. To be eligible for this award, you must have been in your role for at least 12 months prior to 1 June 2025.
This award is for the WA Apprentice who has shown exceptional commitment, skill development, and a strong work ethic throughout their training. This award is open to all apprentices, including but not limited to plumbing, hairdressing, mechanical and electrical apprentices, who have demonstrated outstanding progress, a positive attitude, and a dedication to learning within their role. To be eligible for this award, you must have been in your apprenticeship for at least 6 months prior to 1 June 2025.
Our definition of an “emerging franchise” is a brand that has established a total of between one and ten locations in WA. This category is open to all new and upcoming Franchise Systems that are based in Western Australia that have commenced Franchising in the last 2 years prior to 1 June 2025 and have at least 2 Franchisees currently operating.
This award is open for all Franchise Industry Suppliers that have a presence in Western Australia. You must be an organization or company that supplies goods and or services to the Western Australian Franchise industry. The category includes all legal, accounting, shopfitters, bakeries, soft drinks, manufacturer, packaging and alike.
To reflect the wide range of businesses in Western Australia, the FranchisingWA Industry Awards for the Franchisor of the Year are in two categories:

- Franchise Systems with 11+ Franchisees based in WA
