Meet Stewart Germann – Judge for the 2025 Franchise Industry Awards

FranchisingWA is proud to welcome Stewart Germann to the judging panel for this year’s Franchise Industry Awards Western Australia.

Stewart is the founder of Stewart Germann Law Office (SGL) in Auckland, a boutique firm specialising in franchising, licensing, and business law. With over 40 years of experience advising franchisors across New Zealand, Australia, and the UK, Stewart is one of the region’s most respected legal minds in the franchise sector.

He is recognised globally as a leading expert in franchising law, and has presented at major franchise conferences in the US, UK, Korea and beyond. Stewart’s international insight and deep understanding of franchise systems will bring valuable perspective to this year’s awards.

We’re honoured to have him join the panel as we celebrate WA’s top-performing franchise networks.
