Meet Paul Constantinou AM – Judge for the 2025 Franchise Industry Awards

FranchisingWA is proud to welcome Paul Constantinou AM to the judging panel for the 2025 Franchise Industry Awards – Western Australia.

As the founder of Quest Apartment Hotels, Paul is widely recognised as a trailblazer in the franchising of Australia’s accommodation sector. Since launching Quest in 1988, he has grown the brand to more than 170 locations across Australasia and the UK, establishing a benchmark for operational excellence and franchise innovation.

With over 30 years of industry leadership, Paul has played a pivotal role in shaping the franchise business model in Australia. His strategic insight, practical experience, and commitment to sustainable network growth have helped countless franchisees build successful, long-term businesses.

Paul’s contribution to this year’s awards will be invaluable. His expertise in commercial franchising, combined with a deep understanding of what drives scalable success, makes him an ideal addition to the judging panel as we recognise the very best in Western Australian franchising.
