Introducing Greg Paget – Judge for the 2025 Franchise Industry Awards WA

FranchisingWA is delighted to welcome Greg Paget, Certified Franchise Executive and Director of Garison Enterprises Ltd, to the judging panel for the 2025 Franchise Industry Awards.

Born and raised in Auckland, Greg’s journey into franchising began after a successful career in senior retail leadership. In 2005, Greg and his wife purchased the Auckland Regional Master Franchise for Cleantastic Commercial Cleaning. Over the following years, Greg transitioned from regional master to full franchisor, eventually taking full ownership of the business in 2019.

He has spent the past several years refining franchise systems, identifying new growth opportunities, and building strong support networks for franchisees. A regular attendee at the International Franchise Association (IFA) in the USA and the NFC in Australia, Greg officially earned his Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) designation in 2023.

Earlier this year, Greg sold his franchise group to pursue new opportunities across the Australian and New Zealand franchise markets. His depth of operational experience, system development, and strategic leadership brings valuable insight to this year’s judging panel.
