    RECITALS

    • A. The Client wishes to engage FranchisingWA to list their Franchise for sale on the franchisingWA.com.au website and associated social media under the Pay Per Lead Plan to assist in sale of their business.

    Pay Per Lead FEE

    Each Fee


    The Client must pay FranchisingWA for each lead sent to them as a fee as prescribed below.

    Payment of Each Lead Fee


    The client must pay Business Development Alliance Pty Ltd. t/as FranchsingWA in accordance with the below fee rates.

    The Payment of Each Lead will be $39 +gst

    Each Lead will be by Direct Debit

    FranchisingWA reserves the right not to charge a Lead Fee if there it is spam or otherwise deemed by FranchisingWA

    The Term of this AGREEMENT


    The client shall advise FranchisingWA to withdraw the list ring in writing and give FranchisingWA at least 24 hours notice

    PAYMENT


    The client agrees that FranchisingWA will make periodic debits from the credit card listed below.



    Use of company logo in FranchsingWA marketing materials

    I give permission for FranchisingWA and its affiliates to use your logo in their promotional material


    INDEMNITIES


    The Client will indemnify FranchsingWA, its directors, employees and agents from all claims or actions or costs arising from or relating to the listing of the Franchise Business.


    By signing this form the client authorises FranchsingWA to debit payments from my specified Credit Card above and that FranchsingWA will appear as the merchant on any credit card statement.

    • Our Enquiry Form is designed to reduce the amount of spam enquiries that we may receive.
    • Our Pay Per Lead is billed after 24 hours of you receiving your enquiry so that we can check for spam
    • Our Pre- Qualified Leads fees are based on the type of Franchise System you are in for example: ‘the man in the van’ or ‘retail service’ franchise system.
    • We are not brokers or agents, all sites advertised are new or ‘Greenfield Sites’
