Introduction to Franchising – What Makes a Business Franchisable?

In this workshop you will gain an understanding of what franchising is and its history. We will look at the different types of franchise models, the types of fees that most systems have, including initial/royalty and marketing fees. You will gain an understanding of the legal documentation -Franchise Agreement and Disclosure Documents and why it is critical to get expert advice. On the day we will also explore what makes a business franchisable.
