Purify Air Managing Director & National Franchisor, Greg Merrett, has owned and operated a range of businesses over the past 25 years including extensive experience in hospitality, multi-level marketing and sales. Greg understands the demands and dedication to operate your own business and what is required on a daily basis. His many years of business experience within various Franchise organisations and Franchise divisions, gives him the knowledge and expertise in Franchising to be able to provide exceptional support for his Franchise network. Greg has extensive experience in the services delivery sector in providing quality customer service to his clients. He works with his Franchisees on understanding and delivering the highest standards of customer service to their clients. He believes a key component to good customer service is developing ongoing, long-term relationships with happy clients resulting in repeat and referral business.Purify Air supports Franchisees to build their business services around the ever-expanding understanding and demand for the health and economic benefits of breathing healthy clean air and surfaces.
From regularly cleaned Air Con units to being able to provide safe and healthy work or home environments with our TGA approved Anti-Mould/ Anti-Bacterial / Anti-Viral Fogging and Spot Mould treatments.

In addition, we have an extensive range of next generation Air Purifiers that also kill mould and viruses designed for bedrooms, offices, classrooms, day care centres, and medical centres designed to either stand alone or work with the existing Air Conditioning; domestic or commercial.

Leanne Rose, WA State Franchisor, provides the local support for each Franchisee to build their own business and experience the freedom and lifestyle working for yourself can provide. Leanne’s vision is to develop a reputable franchise network of business entrepreneurs throughout WA who are acknowledged as industry professionals in their field of Air and Surface purification.

Marketing Support Provided:

  • Upon start-up, you’ll receive your initial Kit Equipment and Purify Air work shirts, caps, operation manuals, stationery, marketing support (Facebook page, Local and National Website, Google My Business), flyers, business cards, 24/7 call centre, and custom designed CRM (linkable to Xero).
  • A guaranteed minimum 20% of your franchise fees go directly to marketing. However, we encourage an additional $100 p/w marketing investment, to help drive your local profile within your territory.
  • The National Purify Air 1300 844 404 number plus the unique opportunity to also use your own mobile number on your marketing collateral to help promote your business.
  • 10% of the purchase price is invested into your local digital marketing ($1950.00) over the first 6–8 weeks to help establish brand awareness in your region. Of this, you can opt to spend $500 towards vehicle signage (car magnets are provided in the short term) or elect to join a local Bx Business Networking group to help build your new business (we will contribute half of the annual membership fees up to $500).

Training Provided:

All training is provided. You do not need to have any prior experience in Air Con Cleaning, Mould Treatment or Fogging. We do not touch the electrical or gas components unless you are a trade qualified technician and able to do so. Purify Air conducts Franchise Induction Training, usually over 5 days (depending on your prior business and or industry experience) and covers business building strategies, administration, bookkeeping requirements, practical advice, role playing on phone technique, up-selling, providing best practice customer service and the overall Purify Air system. This is followed by practical hands-on training which enables you to gain first-hand real-life experience with our professional trainer in the field. We set up your kit together, so you fully understand what to use and how to use it. We also take you out prospecting to learn how to gain new clients and sales experience to give you confidence. There is ongoing advice, back up and support along with our Franchisee Support Manual. Your success is our success, so you need to achieve competency by the end of the 5-day training.
