Marketing Support Provided:

Franchisees contribute $500 Marketing fee to the Marketing fund which we use for Google and Social Media advertising to generate leads. Leads are very helpful when you start up. We also train and support new Franchisees how to generate referrals. We have a 13-week training program to assist with local area marketing when you start your new Jim’ s Building Inspections Franchise.

Training Provided:

Initial Training to set up the Business will take a minimum of three months. Take note, this can be achieved only if the courses are available and are completed promptly by the new Franchise prospect. There are several courses involved and several registrations involved. It will take approximately 12 months to become fully licensed and finish all the training. You will be able to operate your Franchise under mentorship by your Franchisor while you finish your training over 12 months.

Skills required:

Minimum requirements would be any building trades qualification, minimum of 5 years experience and or minimum Cert IV in Building & Construction. We will train you up with what you need to know. Take note, quality of service is the road to success. You need to have skills to deliver a quality service once you are trained up.
